Hello everyone! I can't believe we are in the month of July now! The Summer is going by way too quickly!
In honor of Summer, I am posting a canvas with a "Jane Austen" theme. If we are lucky, maybe we will be able to steal a few moments in the garden under the shade of a lovely tree and read a wonderful book before the season ends. My favorite is Pride and Prejudice:
The flowers are also created with book pages. To see more of this canvas and a step-by-step tutorial, please visit my blog here.
If you haven't done so already, put on those "thinking caps" and create a piece of art using the "Blooms and Book Pages" theme. Then go to the first posting of July to find the link to upload your wonderful creations. We really look forward to seeing all of them!

JULY ART ADVENTURE - BLOOMS AND BOOK PAGES
Posted by Susan
I live in beautiful Boulder, CO at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. I have been crafting my entire life; however, it was in 1995 that I found my true passion for paper arts and began teaching at stamp and scrapbook stores shortly thereafter. I have worked for B Line Designs rubber stamps for many years and have participated as a member of the Curiosity Crew for the Compendium of Curiosities Volume III online challenge. I am currently a "Creative Cohort" for the Creative Carte Blanche community and am on several design teams. My work has been featured in various publications including multiple issues of the Stamper's Sampler (Guest Artist Jan/Feb 2010), RubberStampMadness, Crafts 'n Things and in a book by Chris Rankin entitled 50 Nifty Beaded Cards published by Lark Books.
